DT Graham Originals makes each piece with care and intention. Because our items are handmade and often made-to-order, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we want every customer to love their purchase and are happy to assist with exchanges, provided the following conditions are met:​

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Contact us within 10 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

• Items must be clean, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Exchanges must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery.

Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.​

RETURN SHIPPING

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
